Abstract

This research is motivated by Islamic Elementary Schools in  Bekasi that have made achievements in the COVID-19 era. This research aimed to prove that the achievement must still be achieved and maintained in any situation. The primary key is the creative teacher. The Javanese philosophy of teacher is an acronym for "digugu and ditiru," or in English; it means "obeyed and imitated." The research used a case study, with the subject being a teacher at the 10th-grade Islamic Elementary School in the Bekasi area. Research informants were school principals, teachers, and parents of students. The results of the case studies showed that creativity needs to be honed in school. Every child has high creative potential, but it requires the proper stimulus from the teacher.
